Do you know the Title of this Movies?

Alrigh so there are 2 movies that i have been wanting to see, its been
forever, and i dont remember their title nor most of the moves can
someone help me please :)

1st Movie- in this movie, its about this one skool being taken over
and wat not by ppl who threat to kill the students...one of the main
character get shot down...one of the students gets out and talks to
the cops and runs back, comes back into the building and says he was
showering..any ideas what the title is????

2nd Movie- alright this movie is like scary and wat not...its about
this one girl that goes into ppl minds and stuff and idk what she does
haha...it starts of by like this girl in a desert (i think) and this
boy is sitting on a trunk, and turns around and he turns all demonic
and stuff...theres this girl locked up in this room that is filling up
with water, and a detective finds her..

sorry for the mayor lack of info but thats all what i can remember lol
