...and the rest goes,"who keeps looking for a hearbeat among the ash."
The song was kind of sad and haunting, about an old love coming back
and tormenting the girl. More lyrics I recall: "tell me where we
kissed the very first time....(I forget what came next)....otherwise
you're a ghost with no love for me...." That's about all I can
remember. The singer's voice was kind of high and sweet, and there
were some "OoooOOoOO's) in the background, with mostly piano
accompaniment. I was living in Frederick, Maryland at the
time...maybe it was a local singer/group? It got pretty decent
airplay. I have searched everywhere and nothing comes up. I hope
someone can help, because it is drivng me crazy.
